Sahana Ratneswaran joined the Ecos energy team as Director of Operations in December 2021. At Ecos, Sahana is responsible for day-to-day management activities of all operating solar facility assets to maximize the profitability of each solar plant.

Sahana comes to Ecos from Power Factors, where she was responsible for the commissioning of renewable energy (solar, wind, and battery storage) system data into the Drive platform and configuring supporting records, displays and reports that will be used by operators, analysts, and managers to drive performance improvements. Sahana earned her Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University. Outside of work, she enjoys teaching and performing dance, interior design, and watching films.
