The Clinton Solar Project is a 1 MW (ac) ground mount solar project located in the Town of Griswold, Connecticut. The project generates enough energy to power approximately 180 homes. Clinton Solar achieved commercial operation in May 2021 and is currently selling power under a Power Purchase Agreement with Eversource. The RECs generated by the project are being sold to Eversource under the LREC/ZREC program.
