The McHenry Solar Project is a 1 MW (ac) ground mount solar project located in the Town of Hampton, Connecticut. The project generates enough energy to power approximately 180 homes. McHenry Solar achieved commercial operation in September 2021 and is currently selling power under a Power Purchase Agreement with Eversource. The RECs generated by the project are being sold to Eversource under the LREC/ZREC program.
